- Description: Provides home delivered meals to seniors who are living at home, unable to prepare their own meals or dine out, or have little or no assistance in obtaining adequate meals. Available during short-term convalescence (time spent recovering from an illness or medical treatment) or long-term disability. Meals are provided by Age Well Senior Services. Each delivery consists of a hot, ready-to-eat meal, a frozen meal to eat later in the day, and breakfast for the following morning.
